Hello there! I’m Deven Kadlic, an alumni of Cornell University’s ILR School, class of ’24. My journey has been working for small businesses everywhere. From the buzz of restaurants and bakeries to gyms and law offices, each setting has been a chapter of growth and discovery.
Today, my aim is to funnel this extensive expertise into helping your small businesses. I am deeply committed to refining organizational structures, reducing ecological footprints, and crafting adaptable systems. Our story
Although we were founded in 2023 our journey predates that moment. During the Covid-19 pandemic I was a college student who was sent home for online classes and needed to find something to help keep me busy. I happened across a local gym which was in desperate need of help surviving the pandemic. In helping this business, I realized I had a knack for creating unique and creative solutions to problems no one else seemed to be able to solve.
